Welcome to Mahakal Darshna These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MAHAKAL DARSHNA Website, located at www.mahakalDarshna.in

• You can avail all the facilities provided by the company only after the journey starts

• The company will not be responsible for any loss or additional expenses incurred by the tourist during the journey. 

• Timings are subject to change as per the given departure time. 

• Timings are subject to change as per the given arrival time. 

• As per the given list, the timings of breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be changed.

 • If for some reason a customer misses breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the company will not be responsible.

 • If the customer arrives late as per the departure time and the vehicle leaves, the company will not be responsible. 

• In case the vehicle is missed, the customer will have to reach at their own expense. This expense will not be borne by the company, and in case of cancellation, it will be non-refundable. 

• Take care of your belongings. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage. 

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided as per the company’s decision. 

• The company will not pay for any extra food. 

• The company will not be responsible for visiting or worship inside the temple. 

• Traveling after consuming any intoxicating substance is not allowed. If caught, a fine of ₹50,000/- will be imposed.

• Only handbags are allowed to be carried during the journey.
